Learn how to navigate your Parenting Ship
Being a parent in these days can be really confusing. We get so many messages about parenting every day – from family members, magazines, books, TV shows, blogs and social media. And more often than not these messages are contradicting to say the least. Discipline. Nutrition. Health. Education.
All of these and more are issues every parent struggle with. I know I do.
My mission with Apparently Parent is to help you find your path in all the confusing thoughts and feelings that you encounter everyday as a parent. That's why I created Your Parenting Values – a short email course that will teach you all about leading a committed, value-based parenting, which is the answer to the question “How do I navigate as a parent in today's confusing world?”
Your Parenting Values offers a simple yet powerful way of thinking about what is important for you as a parent, via the concept of Values. This concept is derived from ACT, which stands for Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. ACT is one of my go-to models in my work as a Clinical Psychologist working with parents, because it helps parents figure out what is important for them and find practical ways to have a more meaningful life.
How do I get the email course?
It's simple! All you have to do is subscribe to my mailing list in the following form. After doing so, you'll receive the first of the five emails of the course.
I promise – No Spam. I hate spam and I respect your privacy.
